BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Innovapost in 2002, Gilbert worked as a Director with Canada Post in Human Resources. Gilbert also worked as a VP of HR in the retail and publishing industries.

INNOVAPOST INVOLVEMENT

Gilbert oversees the human resources function, which focuses on being a partner, employee advocate, and change champion in support of the company’s business strategy.
