BUSINESS BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Innovapost in 2002, Glain accumulated over 20 years of IT experience with Bell Canada, CGI and Nortel Networks.
INNOVAPOST INVOLVEMENT
Currently, Glain is the Senior VP of Innovapost’s Corporate Services Office (CSO) and Chief Information Officer. CSO functions include Testing Center Of Excellence, Process Management and Improvement, Quality Assurance, IT Infrastructure Service Management, IT Infrastructure Service Delivery, Internal Corporate IT, Corporate Metrics, Virus Detection & Prevention and Facilities Management.
