The conference will be held on Tuesday, May 13 and Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ottawa.

Ms. Frosst and Ms. Bussière will present “Building Change Management Capacity within Service Canada” on Wednesday May 14 at 8:30AM. The presentation is a candid look at the journey being undertaken within the technology branch of Service Canada to build their in-house change management capabilities. They will outline the team’s methodology and share practical lessons learned from their experiences over the past two years.
